Starting Your Project
Now that you have successfully identified the desired swimming pool remodeling features and outdoor living space options that are just right for your personal home resort, and have received an estimate for the associated project, it is time to officially get your project started. Getting your project started is simple and painless. First you will need to sign your contract (or estimate form) and return it to us here at Alan Smith. You can do this in a variety of ways. The first option is to fax your signed contract directly to us at (714) 628-9656. A second option is to scan your signed contract and e-mail it to us at danny@alansmithpools.com, and upon receipt we will give you a call to schedule your project. A third option is to mail in your signed contract, although this can take extra time, and we have had contracts get lost in the mail. Finally, you can personally drop off your signed contract to us at our Design Center and Showroom located at 227 W. Carleton Avenue, in the city of Orange. This last option sometimes can be less convenient, but also can give you another opportunity to review some of the swimming pool remodeling and outdoor living space options that you may still be considering. Our friendly and experienced sales staff would be happy to answer any remaining questions that you may have.
Once we have received your signed contract we immediately place your project on the master schedule. As you are aware, the swimming pool and outdoor remodeling industry does experience a surge in activity in the spring and summer, so the sooner you get your project scheduled the better for your personal time and convenience.
