Deck Coating
Deck coating is a cost-effective yet elegant method of making your existing cement decks look brand new. Deck coatings offer a super bonding, flexible cementatious coating which forms a cost-effecitve, durable, anti-skid, cool, weather and chemical resistant surface for your decking requirements. It can be applied to walkways, steps, concrete decks, and even driveways. Surface styles include a standard French Lace texture, or multi-stain finishes and patterns such as: Herringbone, Running Bond, Soldier Course, or Basketweave Brick. You can also incorporate a European Fan, Square Tile, Cobblestone, Flagstone, or Serpentine stone look to your existing deck area as well.
If your existing cement deck has cracks, we have a crack repair system that can be applied to make sure that your new deck coating will look as if it were installed for the first time. It is important to note that some deck cracking is so severe, or the underlying environment is so unstable that deck coating is not a practical or good long term solution. But in most cases, crack repair and a new deck coating design can provide a marvelous cost effective solution for your existing deck.
